About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sr. Consultant - Presales to join our Sales & Marketing team at a leading Real Estate Development company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing lead engagement, driving site visits, supporting the sales funnel, and ensuring a seamless client experience.
This role is crucial in bridging the gap between marketing-generated leads and final conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline lead management processes to improve conversion rates
- Generate increased walk-ins from all lead sources (digital, referral, outbound, etc.)
- Research and profile potential clients, competitors, and industry trends
- Engage prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Provide clear, accurate information about various real estate projects
- Schedule and coordinate customer site visits
- Guide clients during site visits, addressing queries and providing project insights
- Maintain timely follow-ups to move leads toward closure
- Update CRM, trackers, and dashboards for accurate reporting and lead tracking
- Handle escalated queries and maintain excellent client relationships
- Collaborate with the sales team to target high-potential customers and markets
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of presales experience in real estate (developer background preferred)
- Masters/Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Client-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e., Salesforce, Zoho)
- Strong follow-up, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
