Senior Pricing Specialist - IT / BPaaS Deal Pricing (Individual Contributor)

Work location- Gurgaon

Required Experience

- 15+ years of experience in IT / BPaaS deal pricing and commercial solutioning.

- Proven experience working on large, complex, multi-tower deals.

- Strong hands-on experience building and owning pricing and estimation models.

- Demonstrated ability to work as an Individual Contributor with minimal supervision.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate independently.

- Strong understanding of GCC / Captive / BOTT / AMS / IMS / CMS / BPaaS solution constructs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end pricing and estimation for complex IT and BPaaS deals, including multi-tower and multi-service engagements (e.g., AMS, IMS, CMS, BPaaS).

- Develop pricing narratives, TCO models, and business cases directly supporting client deal pursuits.

- Design and refine deal constructs, pricing strategies, and cost optimization approaches based on delivery and transition realities.

- Build, own, and review detailed pricing and estimation models; ensure assumptions are practical and delivery-aligned.

- Actively participate in client discussions, orals, and due diligence as the pricing subject-matter expert.

- Independently manage stakeholders across solutioning, sales, transition, delivery, and finance teams.

- Provide inputs on commercial constructs, SLAs, BLAs, and XLAs with a clear linkage to pricing and cost drivers

- Innovative pricing constructs and ability to differentiate from competition

- Ensure strong feedback loops with transition and delivery teams to validate and refine pricing assumptions.
