Pricing & Planning Officer|3-7 Yrs Role: Pricing and Planning Lead (analytics for e-commerce business) Role Brief: - The central pricing and analytics SME will be responsible for driving pricing, demand forecasting, and business analytics for the e-commerce business of our org. - It will be required to build pricing systems - create data pipelines, structure data flow in excel/ VB/ SQL, and create pricing tools to manage decision-making on promotions, topline, and bottom-line. - Build demand forecasting ground up that can input historical, apply statistical models, and project demand for the next month/ quarter for upstream functions - Build analytics function to automate demand side and supply side trends Filtering criteria: - 4-6 years relevant work experience (in analytics and pricing function) - Knowledge of the FMCG domain through either agency like fractal, musigma, or inhouse FMCG brand - working knowledge of analytics tools - excel, VB, SQL, Tableau, and generally used statistical models - Pricing of Products by surveying competitor websites and other e-commerce - Forecasting demand and coordinating with the Supply team - Analyse data through Tableau, excel, VB, etc
