- This role is highly analytical and is a key technical contributor to the Pricing team.

- The role involves the study of data from multiple sources to develop complex pricing models that reflect target margins for pricing based on operational, competitor, market, and customer data.

- Works with complex data sets to help the organization determine and set competitive prices to gain market share and achieve revenue and profit goals.

- Collaborates with various departments such as sales and marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop strategies that drive sales and ensure that the company submits high quality and competitive pricing proposals and bids.

- Ability to present pricing methods and findings to key stakeholders and translate complex data into actionable strategies and techniques to drive sales and enhance marketing efforts.

- Develops a range of forecasts and models to assist decision-makers with setting and modifying prices, including margin forecasts that execute company pricing strategies.

- Develops price points for existing and new services to improve profit margin and sales.

- Ensures pricing accuracy that captures all cost elements that aligns with the organization's strategic goals.

- Assist and work on M & A transactions, building financial models, carry out due diligence as and when opportunities are presented

2. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Skills & Desired Experience:

- Experience using complex modeling, resource and labor planning, business analysis, business process consulting, management consulting to inform key business decisions

- Experience with data analysis and reporting and working knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is preferred. Must be highly analytical and quantitative, with strong attention to detail as well as possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must demonstrate ability to work independently as well as work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Must be self-motivated and should be able to work well under pressure on multiple assignments with limited supervision within assigned deadlines.

- Must be able to analyze and synthesize information from a multitude of sources; develop appropriate recommendations and effectively communicate complex information orally and in a written form to all levels of management.

- Must be able to maintain confidential information.

- Must be able to exercise considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of an assignment and have the ability to diagnose a complex functional area's strengths and weaknesses and develop recommendations for improvement.

- Must be self-motivated and should be able to work well under pressure on multiple assignments with limited supervision within assigned deadlines.

- Excellent project management skills; ability to manage large, complex projects throughout the project life cycle and manage project teams on tight time frames

- Ability to own and manage multiple concurrent initiatives, including presenting and clarifying tradeoffs to leadership team about prioritization and feasibility of initiatives

- Ability to diagnose, justify and present issues clearly to senior management and pro-actively propose solutions with minimal supervision
