Role Overview:


Prezent is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Revenue Operations team.

This person would be responsible for optimizing the sales team's efficiency by managing and improving the technology and tools they use.


This includes selecting, implementing, and maintaining the sales tech stack, ensuring it aligns with business goals, and driving adoption among GTM.


They analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement within the sales process, ultimately contributing to increased sales productivity and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


- Selecting, implementing, and managing the sales technology stack, integrating with CRM (like Salesforce), evaluating AI platforms to blend with existing tools stack.


- Identify gaps (in processes, integrations, and automations), improve functionality, and procure new tools as needed based on your understanding of business needs.

- Own & maintain vendor relationships, procurement, quarterly business reviews and renewals of all revenue tech stack tools.

- Maintain a standard and consistent business rhythm for tech stack users: provisioning, user support, troubleshooting and on-going tooling maintenance.

- Reporting & Analytics: Create and implement reporting and dashboards within the tools for the revenue organization that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity while also collaborating with Sales Strategy and Sales Data Analytics for alignment.

- Document and create knowledge repository for first-tier sales support.

- Providing functional support to inbound and outbound sales team by analyzing sales data to identify trends and track key performance indicators.

- Collaborate with other teams like IT, Enablement, sales and Marketing to ensure alignment and support for sales operations.

- Training sales teams on how to effectively use the sales tools and processes.

- Working closely with sales leadership, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.

- Contributing to the development of sales strategies and tactics based on data insights and market trends.


Must-Have Qualifications:


- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, and other sales technologies.


- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, leadership, and other stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and solve problems related to sales processes and technology.

- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
