Your Role: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Employment Type: Full-time
As an RSM at Presto, youll be the driving force behind our regional sales growth.
Your mission? Build relationships, drive revenue, and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed regional targets.
- Identify new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Conduct client visits, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.
- Deliver impactful technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and execute campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and forecasts in CRM.
Who Were Looking For
- Experience: 8-10 years in sales, preferably in lab testing instruments or related industries.
- Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Target oriented & high sales driven.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a sizeable sales team.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfort in understanding and explaining testing equipment applications.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e., Salesforce/Zoho) and MS Office Suite.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Bonus Skills That Set You Apart
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, automotive, or industrial equipment sales.
- Established network within relevant industries.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory compliance for testing instruments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer insights.
- Experience in conducting product training for clients and internal teams
