Educational Qualifications Required:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules.

- Proven experience in a leadership role, managing a team of SAP professionals.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling principles.

-Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

- SAP FICO certification is preferred.

- Experience in Real Estates is prefeed.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Experience required: 8 to 10 Years of SAP Experience and 2-3 years of domain experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

- Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting on progress and outcomes.

- Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide SAP FICO solutions to improve business processes.

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial processes and reporting.

- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP FICO processes, configurations, and customizations.

- Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their understanding and efficient use of SAP FICO modules.

- Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO developments and industry best practices, incorporating them into team operations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO, ensuring minimal disruption to business

operations.

Skills:

- Expertise in asset accounting is essential.

- Expertise in TDS accounting is essential.

- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling.

- A solid understanding of taxation principles and accounting standards.

- Experience with SAP integration with other modules such as MM, SD, and PS.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to train and mentor team members and end-users.

- Handling day-to-day support and response through any ticketing tool.
