Position Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and strategic leader to spearhead our Senior Living business in India.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and scaling a portfolio of senior living communities across the country, catering to the needs of Indias growing elderly population.
- This role requires a deep understanding of facilities, healthcare, senior living operations, marketing, and customer experience tailored to senior citizens.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Business Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Senior Living business in India, aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify market opportunities and drive expansion through greenfield development, acquisitions, partnerships, or joint ventures.
- Define short-term and long-term growth and profitability targets.
Development & Operations
- Lead the planning, design, and development of senior living communities from site acquisition to project execution.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and healthcare professionals to build world-class, elder-friendly infrastructure.
- Establish and oversee day-to-day operations, including resident services, healthcare tie-ups, hospitality, safety, and maintenance.
Sales, Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Design and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract residents and their families.
- Champion customer experience and continuously improve resident satisfaction.
- Build the brand as a trusted and premium senior living provider.
Healthcare & Wellness Integration
- Partner with healthcare providers to offer on-site and off-site medical services, emergency response, and wellness programs.
- Ensure high standards of assisted living, nursing care, and lifestyle amenities.
Team & Culture Building
- Build and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team across operations, sales, marketing, healthcare, and facility management.
- Promote a culture of compassion, safety, innovation, and compliance.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain ethical practices and governance across all aspects of the business.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- MBA / PGDM / Equivalent from a reputed institute.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Healthcare Management.
- Certifications in elder care, healthcare administration.
Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in hospitality, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale residential or service-oriented operations.
- Prior experience in senior living, retirement communities, or healthcare real estate is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Deep understanding of Indias aging demographics and senior care landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and drive business performance.
- Passion for creating meaningful, dignified experiences for the elderly.
