Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor landowner accounts.
- Administer payables, receivables, bank portfolio, and maintain reserves for debt and third-party collections.
- Review billing and reconciliations ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Prepare weekly payment lists and coordinate with VPAccounts for necessary approvals.
- Coordinate with GST department for analysis and drafting replies to notices.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Handle MIS, Treasury Management, preparation of Financial Statements, and Audit.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
- Minimum 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale corporate setups.
- Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
- Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, treasury management, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in financial planning, debt management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
