- Strong understanding of the textile manufacturing ecosystem and B2B industrial sales.

- Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

- Excellent understanding of the textile and fibre value chains.

Job Profile :

- Lead B2B sales operations across India.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.

- Manage and expand relationships with key textile mills, spinners, fabric manufacturers and distributors, and channel partners.

- Identify and onboard new business opportunities in the textile and allied industries.

- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing strategies to maintain a strong market position.

- Drive team development, mentoring regional and zonal sales leaders for performance excellence.

Candidate Profile :

- 22+ years of experience in B2B Sales from textile fibres,Textile, paper, or chemical sectors.

- Shoud have stable career with contributions at each of the places; companies at National / Zonal and Global responsibilities, with professional companies and competitive environment.
