Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to spearhead our Sales & Marketing division for electric 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven experience in the electric vehicle industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building impactful sales and marketing strategies. This role demands visionary leadership, market insight, and a deep understanding of the electric mobility landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals for electric 2W and 3W segments.
- Lead, motivate, and build high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel strategies to expand the company's footprint.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, dealers, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt strategies proactively.
- Drive brand positioning, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities to enhance market visibility.
- Oversee pricing strategies, sales targets, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and sustainability standards.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 20+ years of experience in sales and marketing within the electric vehicle industry, preferably in electric 2W and 3W segments.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams at senior levels.
- Deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success in scaling sales operations and launching new products.
- Customer-centric approach with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
