Experience :

- Should have min 25 years of exp in Procurement & Contracts for residential, commercial,Township,High Rise Buildings, Commercial, IT Parks, SEZ, Malls, and retail construction projects, from Real Estate, Construction,Infra, Consulting and Contracting companies.

- Should have stable career with contributions at each of the places.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for procurement of Real Estate Materials

- Identifying / Finalisation of new contractors/Vendors

- Prequalifying contractors

- Checking of adherence of ISO

- Standardizing of systems and procedures in contracts.

- Settling claims of contractors

- Strategic sourcing, vendor development, long term tie-ups with vendors, negotiations for procurement of materials / capital equipment / assets / services etc.
