The ideal candidate is an engineer with an MBA in Operations Management, and significant experience in the consumer durables or electrical manufacturing space. A proven track record in managing outsourced, high-volume production and leading cross-functional teams is essential. At least five years in a senior operations leadership role is required, along with strong skills in data-driven decision-making and performance management. Key responsibilities include : - Experience of injection moulding required - Overseeing end-to-end production, ensuring product quality, maintaining compliance, and optimizing the supply chain to support timely and cost-effective deliveries across channels. - The role also involves driving cost efficiencies, managing inventory, and leading technical aspects of product innovation. - Financial duties include budget preparation, cost monitoring, and improving cash flow. The Head - Operations will also manage warranty performance and after-sales service through external partners. - This role directly leads senior functional heads across manufacturing, quality, materials, logistics, and R&D, and plays a key role in strategic planning and long-term growth for the business.
