Purpose of the Job:

- Accelerating profitable revenue growth

- Personally driving significant new business

- Developing major customers and key accounts

- Building AMC, Service and recurring revenues

- Strengthening customer, consultant, EPC and principal relationships

- Improving operating profitability

- Maintaining rigorous collection and working-capital discipline

- Building and retaining a strong organisation

- Developing second-line leadership

- Institutionalising processes and management systems

- Maintaining high standards of governance and financial integrity

- Assuming complete P&L responsibility

- Progressively succeeding the present promoter-CEO

Candidate Profile:

Commercially driven General Manager and future CEO.

Education:

Electrical or any specialization in engineering.

The preferred candidate would ordinarily possess approximately 18 - 25 years of experience, including substantial senior leadership and P&L responsibility.

Relevant Industry Experience:

- Fire & Life Safety

- Fire Detection / Suppression

- Security & Surveillance

- BMS / IBMS

- Building Automation

- ELV

- HVAC / MEP

- Electrical Systems

- Industrial Automation

- Related technical project-and-service businesses

Direct fire-industry experience is desirable but not mandatory. Sufficient technical credibility to engage effectively with customers, consultants, EPCs, principals and engineering teams is essential.
