The company has initiated programs for supplies to leading OEM customers in automotive and non-automotive segments. It's already a supplier to MSIL. The position reports to Group MD. The KRAs for the position include: - Managing expectations of all stakeholders including customers. - Business strategy & planning - P&L Management - Plant Operations including New Projects & New Programs - Supporting New Business Development- Overseas & Indian OEMs - Logistics / Supply Chain Management - Product Engineering & VE - All Compliances etc. This position forms part of strategic think-tank & requires tremendous maturity, impeccable analytics, deft people management skills & high level of business acumen.
