About the Role:
- This role works closely with sales, strategy, and delivery teams to design data-backed digital solutions and close high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take detailed client briefs to understand business objectives, KPIs, and digital challenges
- Perform diagnostic analysis using digital marketing and MarTech frameworks
- Ask the right technical and tactical questions to decode client expectations
- Design customized, tech-enabled digital marketing strategies across SEO, Paid Media, Email Automation, Affiliate, Marketplace, and AI-led marketing solutions
- Translate business requirements into structured solution decks and execution roadmaps
- Stay updated with emerging MarTech tools, automation platforms, and AI-driven solutions
- Prepare and present high-impact pitch decks and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Social, Email, Tech) for estimations and scope definition
- Support sales during client calls, presentations, and negotiations
- Address client queries with clarity and confidence
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, and Strategy teams
- Enable smooth post-closure handover and documentation
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain structured follow-ups and lead communication records
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Consulting, Account Management, or Business Analysis within a Digital/MarTech environment
- Strong understanding of SEO, Paid Media platforms, Email Automation, and AI-driven marketing tools
- Ability to translate data and performance metrics into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Strong analytical thinking, multitasking, and ownership mindset
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or related field
