Experience - 5 to 8 years

Location - Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune

Must have:

- 3+ years of experience in presales or solutioning with end-to-end ownership of RFP/RFI responses specifically in the pharmaceutical or life-sciences domain

- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute is mandatory

- Experience in stakeholder management and delivering presentations to influence both internal teams and clients

- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical safety and pharmacovigilance processes

- Experience in proposal strategy, bid shaping, and solution development

Job Description:

- The position we are looking for is an important position in the Enterprise Business Solution (EBS) Group. EBS is a centralized team delivering presales and solutioning activities across Business Units (Medical, Clinical, Commercial, Omnichannel Activation).

- With over 20+ years of expertise in transforming pharma life sciences medical operations, is well positioned to partner with Pharma companies in their journey of transformation. Working with many of the top 20 pharma across the globe, we are well poised to market some of our larger and proven proposition.

- In this regard, we are looking to strengthen the Enterprise Business Solution Group team. This role is specifically looking towards hiring a team member for the presales and solutioning function for the Safety/Pharmacovigilance area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Bid: Conceptualize and develop solutions/proposals for responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs for clients in the pharmaceutical space, managing proposal response end to end right from bid origination to closure

2. Shape a bid: Study the market trends, best practices, gather and analyse inputs from bid directors, sales team, client calls etc. to understand client challenges and leverage capabilities to put together white papers, POV presentations etc. for shaping the conversation as well as to position effectively in front of right stakeholders

3. Solutioning: Support the business development process by convincing internal and external stakeholders about the value proposition of the proposed solution. Create impactful presentation, documents, and supporting material to enable selling and business development activities

4. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with different stakeholders, sales, inside sales, account management team, and delivery teams to pitch new projects/solutions/capabilities to clients

5. Knowledge Management and sharing of best practices

6. Help grow the BU topline by proactively looking for areas where we can pitch/cross-sell solutions to existing / new clients.

7. Manage client visits - accompany client POCs during the visit and present POVs, solution etc. during the visit

Skills:

-Total of 5-8 years of experience with atleast 3+ years' experience in solutioning / presales space

- Ability to work in complex team structures, flexibility, and attention to detail

- Confidence to understand, articulate ideas and ability to network are critical success factors

- Strong presentations skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in Lifesciences industry preferred with Safety/Pharmacovigilance area knowledge an added advantage

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier 2
