- Contributes in providing innovative solutions to increase productivity and improve processes / activities of knowledge management function  - Create and manage knowledge repository specific to the engagement - categorization, organization as per engagement needs. Consulting/Business Analysts with Content/Knowledge Management experience - preferred  - Understanding of software project lifecycle/Understanding of Delivery scenarios - Application Development, Maintenance & Support, services & product lifecycle, etc.  - Requirement Gathering - Understanding of client scenario and gap assessment  - Exposure to social media tools and other KM technologies  - Understanding of knowledge management principles  - Ability to rapidly assimilate new technologies and business functions  - Fluent English Communication Skills (Oral, Written & Presentation)  - Good research skills.
