We are seeking anexperienced Presales Solutioning Lead to drive our pre-sales efforts and showcase our insurtech solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, technology, and pre-sales, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value propositions. We are a global Insurance Product firm focussed on developing software products aimed at insurance and reinsurance organisations. We use latest cutting-edge enterprise technologies to innovate and build suite of products across the insurance lifecycle - all utilising enterprise best practices in terms of product design and development. Roles and Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, from initial client engagement to proposal submission and presentation - Spearhead the development and coordination of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) responses - Create and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations of platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet specific client needs - Provide technical and business expertise to support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field+ MBA from Premium College. - 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical sales roles, preferably in the insurance or insurtech sector - Strong understanding of insurance industry processes, challenges, and technology needs - Proven track record of successful RFP submissions and winning new business - Outstanding presentation and demo skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong project management and organizational abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Essential Skills: - Insurance industry knowledge - Pre-sales methodologies - RFP response management - Solution architecture - Technical presentation and demonstration - Client relationship management - Project management Job Location: - Hybrid & Flexible working - Gurgaon, Noida, Pune or Bangalore
