
Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and motivated candidate in the Healthcare team for the role of Solution Leader/ Architect (SL) to join our dynamic team.
The SL will serve as the critical bridge between customer's business problems and technical solutions from our side.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecting in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain and a passion for technology and innovation.
This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement qualification: build a strong understanding of organizational strength, direction and capabilities to match with customer need and qualify the proposal requests in Healthcare and Life Sciences domain.
- Solution Design & Strategy: Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints, including system designs including core administration platforms, integration plans, and technology selections, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and secure.
- Define and maintain the target-state architecture aligning platform, experience, operations, data, and IT value streams.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a translator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders (clients and executives) to ensure the solution meets both business goals and technical requirements.
- Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend the most suitable tech stacks, frameworks, and platforms based on constraints like budget and time-to-market.
- Solution preparation: Guide design decisions, technical narratives, orchestrate and stitch together the solution for the customer needs and RFPs, working together with all stakeholders like specialized technical teams and internal support teams.
- Solution defense: prepare presentations, approach and lead solution defense working closely with all the stakeholders.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, component specifications, and user stories to guide the engineering team.
- Implementation handover and oversight: Provide technical direction to the development and implementation teams, conduct knowledge transition and ensure that the implementation stays aligned with the original architectural vision.
Required qualifications, capabilities & skills :
- Education: Master/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) for enterprise-level standards certifications would be an added advantage.
- Experience: Strong experience of architecture and solutioning especially for the Healthcare domain.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills are essential for solution preparation, RFP response and defense.
Industry solution expertise :
- Good knowledge of USA Healthcare industry, especially payers: Blues, Commercial, State & Local and Regional Health Plans, TPAs.
- Good understanding of Healthcare platforms and products, product lifecycle and surrounding services.
Technical depth :
- Extensive solution analysis and design experience for healthcare operations, applications, integration, and analytical solutions.
- Very good understanding of technical architecture, design patterns and trends.
- Well versed with emerging technologies including AI, Cloud, IoT and various automation tools.
