Required Skill Set / Must Have: - Should have MBA/ BE+MBA with working knowledge in Investment Management Domain with prior experience in Mutual Funds / Alternate Investments / Insurance. - Good Knowledge in Fixed Income & Equity market operations, Instruments and business processes of exchange and OTC traded derivatives. - Good knowledge of Capital Market and Instruments. - Understanding of Regulatory Guidelines (SEBI / IRDA / PFRA). - Good working knowledge on Financial Accounting, IFRS, and IAS related to Investment operations, internal audit & Statutory Audit compliance & controls. - Proficiency in MS Office Tool. - Good Communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain rapport with Market Participants. - Good Business Acumen, analytical mind and a propensity to learn. - Experience in preparation of decks, dash boards for furnishing data/analysis to management. Good to Have: - Pro-active approach, positive attitude and knowledge sharing - Strategic thinking - Strong Knowledge from Regulatory perspectives Role and Responsibilities: - Participate in the demand creation and demand management exercise across multiple markets. - Handling large pursuits & RFPs. - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Engage with onsite sales and product team for opportunity assessment. - Participate in diagnostic studies / workshops to identify GAPS and opportunities in target markets. - Closely work with key stakeholders and sales teams to understand client requirements and processes. - Market intelligence related activities such as tracking industry trends / competitor strategies & plan. - Design business solution / proposals based on client requirements. - Develop collaterals, case studies, re-usable content that aid in responding to RFPs / RFIs. - Ability to map processes & sub-processes across capital markets. - Willingness to Travel (if required).
