Responsibilities:

- Gain in-depth knowledge of the product's features, architecture, and benefits; conduct live demos and presentations to prospective customers.

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives; provide tailored solutions.

- Prepare and deliver solution documents, including RFPs and RFIs, technical proposals, and presentations.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring product offerings align with market demands.

- Support the sales team in overcoming client objections and building product credibility.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, emphasizing customer satisfaction.

- Gather market insights and provide feedback on product features and customer expectations.
