Presales Manager (GIS and Remote Sensing)
About the Role:
We are hiring a Presales Manager GIS Remote Sensing for one of our esteemed clients in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with the sales and technical teams to design, present, and deliver innovative geospatial and remote sensing solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate should possess strong presales expertise, domain knowledge in GIS/Remote Sensing, and excellent client engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose suitable GIS & Remote Sensing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and proposals to support the sales process.
- Collaborate with product and solution teams to design tailored geospatial offerings.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive technical and functional inputs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on emerging GIS technologies, remote sensing applications, and market trends.
- Support the sales cycle by providing domain expertise and solution differentiation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Sales in the GIS/Remote Sensing domain.
- Strong knowledge of geospatial technologies, mapping platforms, and remote sensing tools.
- Ability to design solution architectures and provide technical responses to client requirements.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technical solutions with business value.
Good to Have:
- Exposure to cloud-based GIS solutions and AI/ML applications in geospatial analytics.
- Familiarity with government tenders, enterprise clients, and large-scale GIS projects.
- Knowledge of ESRI, QGIS, ERDAS, ENVI, or similar platforms.
