As a research provider of choice to more than 40 Fortune 500 clients and other leading firms in the world, we have successfully executed a number of competitive, market, sourcing, media and customer intelligence studies for our global clients.  For more information, please visit www.infiniti-research.com  Job Description  Responsibilities:   Reporting to the Vice President, the incumbent shall:  - Manage a team of presales analysts  - Develop proposals/RFI responses that lead to winning new business for Infiniti   - Plan and write structured sections (independently) of a proposal for our core offerings  - Collaborate with different sales and delivery teams in creation of sales deck for client meetings  - Own full responsibility for accurately and completely populating proposal contents as required   - Differentiate Infiniti from its competitors and ensure that all pursuit materials follow defined standards and have a consistent look-and-feel (leveraging available standard style template)   - Participate in global conference calls as required and collaborate with peers   - Contribute to the development and maintenance of professional documentation, templates and style guides as per standards  - Ensure that estimation models exists for all key solution offerings as part of pre-sales repository   - Maintain estimation models for common type of projects   - Develop and own the process of estimation reviews and changes in the estimation models   - Ensure that estimation models are improved continuously based on feedback   Desired Requirements  - B.E or MBA Graduates with 3-5 year work experience in B2B Professional Services or outsourcing industry   - Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders   - Good understanding of global business consulting/market research/services industry and trends   - Excellent verbal and written communication skills   - Experience authoring proposals, presentations and a good understanding of how bids are won  - Understanding of estimation models in projects from services industry (e.g. IT services/market research/business consulting)  - Ability to self-manage multiple projects, with short turn-around times in a fast-paced business environment, anticipate challenges and thinking quickly to support sales pursuits  - Expert in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel preferred.  - High degree of comfort working in virtual, cross-functional, multi-dimensional and multi-cultural teams (including global technology, product and marketing teams)  NOTE: Please DO NOT CALL, we will get back to you in 7 working days.  Contact- Recruitment Cell Contact details: careers@infiniti-research.com
