As a Presales IT Expert at Symphonize, you will be the driving force behind business growth from lead generation to closing major (logo) clients, while operating in a US timezone shift.

You will own the entire presales lifecycle, act as a trusted advisor to prospects, design technical solutions, and lead RFP/RFI responses.


You will also help define and institutionalize sales processes for both IT services and product lines.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role meant for a self-starter with strong technical, sales, and business development acumen.


- Identify and prospect new business opportunities (both inbound and outbound) in the US market.


- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.


- Engage with prospects to understand their strategic needs, pain points, and business drivers.

- Collaborate with potential clients to gather detailed technical/business requirements.


- Architect technical solutions (IT services and product) aligned to customer needs.

- Write compelling and technically accurate proposals, including architecture diagrams, solution descriptions, cost estimations, and implementation plans.
