Job Title: Presales Engineer - PLM

Location: Gurugram, India

Reporting To: National Sales Manager - Siemens.

Budget: 15LPA to 20LPA

Role Overview

Beetel is seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Presales Engineer to support the Siemens Teamcenter product line. This role involves working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver compelling demonstrations, solution designs, and technical guidance to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Presales Support

- Deliver engaging product presentations and live demos of Siemens Teamcenter solutions to prospects and partners.

- Understand customers & partners requirements and map them to Teamcenter capabilities.

- Prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and proof-of-concept environments.

Solution Design & Consultation

- Collaborate with sales and product teams to design tailored PLM solutions using Teamcenter.

- Assist in technical qualification and discovery sessions with enterprise customers.

- Provide guidance on integration with CAD, ERP, and other enterprise systems.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Act as a technical liaison between Beetel, Siemens, and customer teams.

- Support OEMs, VARs, and system integrators with enablement and onboarding.

- Address technical queries and objections during the sales cycle.

Enablement & Documentation

- Create presales assets including presentations, datasheets, and solution briefs.

- Conduct internal and partner training sessions on Teamcenter capabilities.

- Stay updated on Siemens PLM roadmap and product enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

- 3-6 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical support for PLM software.

- Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter is mandatory.

- Familiarity with NX, Solid Edge, and integration with ERP/CAD systems is a plus.

- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
