Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather and understand client requirements.
- Work closely with SMEs and stakeholders to design tailored solutions that address client needs.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Create, write, and edit detailed proposals and responses to RFPs.
- Work closely with the sales and product development teams to gather client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Assist in the development of sales collateral and product knowledge resources.
- Provide support in contract negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of proven experience in a pre-sales or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of its features and functionalities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of learning and development solutions and services.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for education and professional development
