Presales Consultant - Cyber Security & Networking

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Presales Consultant with strong expertise in Networking and Cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design technical solutions, prepare RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, and present enterprise solutions to customers. The candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge, proposal writing skills, and customer-facing abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer business and technical requirements.

- Design end-to-end Networking and Cybersecurity solutions for enterprise customers.

- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, Bills of Materials (BoMs), Scope of Work (SoW), and Statements of Compliance.

- Lead and respond to RFP, RFI, RFQ, and tender submissions.

- Conduct customer presentations, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).

- Coordinate with OEMs for solution sizing, technical validation, pricing, and proposal support.

- Recommend the most appropriate technologies based on customer environments and business needs.

- Collaborate with delivery and implementation teams to ensure seamless project handover.

- Stay updated on the latest Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data Centre technologies.

- Support business development initiatives by providing technical expertise during customer engagements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Presales or Solution Consulting.

- Hands-on experience preparing and responding to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and Enterprise Tenders.

- Strong knowledge of enterprise Networking and Cybersecurity technologies.

- Experience working with System Integrators, OEMs, or Enterprise IT organizations.

- Excellent proposal writing, documentation, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and solution design capabilities.

- Ability to interact with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and technical stakeholders.
