Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and architecture of Cisco Collaboration solutions, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex, Cisco Jabber, Contact Center, and related technologies.

- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and recommend customized collaboration solutions.

- Define Collaboration Infrastructure strategy, architecture, and technology roadmaps.

- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle from requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, and post-sales support.

- Conduct requirement analysis, solution design, implementation planning, and technical documentation.

- Support the sales team in identifying, qualifying, and winning new business opportunities.

- Conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) demonstrations for customers.

- Prepare technical proposals, solution presentations, cost estimations, and commercial recommendations.

- Develop and present Bills of Quantity (BOQ), Statements of Work (SOW), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

- Respond to customer Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP).

- Collaborate closely with the Post-Sales and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Deliver technical enablement sessions and in-house training programs for the Sales team.

- Stay updated with the latest Collaboration technologies, industry trends, and Cisco product innovations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, or Consulting with a strong focus on Cisco Collaboration technologies.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration, CCIE Collaboration, or equivalent are highly preferred.

- Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Webex Meetings & Webex Suite, Cisco Jabber, and Cisco Contact Center Solutions.

- Good understanding of collaboration protocols such as SIP, H.323, RTP, and related networking concepts.

- Experience integrating collaboration platforms with enterprise applications such as Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and other business applications.

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, operating systems, and enterprise infrastructure.

- Ability to identify customer pain points and recommend appropriate technology solutions.

- Excellent consultative and customer-facing skills.

- Commercial awareness with the ability to prepare solution-based commercial proposals.

- Experience in preparing technical documentation including BOQ, SOW, HLD, and LLD.
