Presales Consultant

Key Responsibilities (Functional):

1. Lead presales engagements with customers and partners.

2. Deliver impactful customer presentations and solution demonstrations.

3. Prepare and present solution documents, proposals, and technical responses.

4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, Product).

5. Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

1. Strong understanding of Networking:

- LAN protocols: DHCP, DNS, STP, etc.

- WAN protocols: BGP, OSPF, etc.

2. Good knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies.

3. Ability to create BoQ/BoM using OEM tools (e.g., Cisco CCW).

4. Knowledge of Security technologies (Firewalls).
