Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Presales Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience in presales activities within IT services organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong proposal writing, coordination, and presentation skills, with a passion for supporting client engagement and solutioning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the end-to-end RFP/RFI process by coordinating with internal teams and preparing well-structured responses.

- Create compelling and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.

- Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to craft tailored proposals that address client requirements.

- Manage timelines, gather inputs from various stakeholders, and ensure timely submission of presales documents.

- Assist in developing reusable content, case studies, and capability decks for future opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 1+ years of experience in a presales role within an IT services organization.

- Strong understanding of RFP/RFI processes, proposal structures, and client-oriented documentation.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint and basic content visualization techniques.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting clients in the data analytics or cloud services domains.

- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
