Job Title: Presales & Solutioning Manager
Experience Required: 5 Years (Relevant Experience)

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in presales C proposal/bid management in tech/IT professional services.
- Team management experience.
- Experience in direct consultancy with clients and enterprise solutioning.
- Track record of leading proposal functions in high-velocity, consultative sales environments.
- Track record of winning complex high-value bids.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with ability to align value narratives to margin and delivery feasibility.
- Strong proposal writing skills, ensuring engaging and persuasive content.
- Fluent in modern collaboration tools (Google Suite, CRM, pricing systems) and proposal automation
- Experience working with banking, finance, retail customers (strong nice to have)
Responsibilities:
- Owning the end-to-end proposal process (from qualification to bid) for strategic opportunities, RFPs, and proactive enterprise pitches
- Building and leading a presales team (solution architects, proposal and commercial analysts)
- Acting as a consulting partner to the clients
- Partnering with sales, delivery & engineering, legal and talent teams to co-create compelling and feasible proposals
- Maintaining and evolving a central repository of reusable content, win themes, and pricing frameworks
- Establishing governance and reviewing rituals for large deals, including commercial validation and risk profiling
- Driving enablement and best practices across the Go-To-Market Team and delivery to raise proposal quality and speed.
