ASSOCIATE

An operator who reasons from first principles and owns the outcome, not the task.

WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE - THE ROLE

You will sit in a team of two or three and own a workstream end-to-end on live promoter mandates. A typical engagement runs the full arc: read the business, find the real problems, trace the root causes, prioritize what to fix, build solutions, model outcomes, draw the plan, make it executable and then stay in the room till numbers move. You will work across all three of the firm's levers at once, not as one silo, which is how you compound your capabilities faster here.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON - THE GET MODEL

- Market entry, new formats, go-to-market design

- Growth diagnostics and demand-side analysis

- Operating model and unit-economics for scale

- Business roadmap and scenario planning

EFFICIENCY

- Strategic finance offices and management reporting

- Margin, cost and performance-improvement

- Structuring, restructuring and reorganization

- Frameworks, tools and control systems

~25% of time

TRANSACTIONS

- Financial models, IMs and investor collateral

- Valuation and benchmarking against comparables

- Capital structuring and fundraise readiness

- M&A support, diligence and synergy analysis

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE - THE EDGE

MUST HAVE

- Min of 2-3 years of delivery at MBB, Big 4, EY-P, A&M/Top boutique / IB

- First-principles reasoning, not template-driven thinking

- Owned a workstream or a number end-to-end, not just deckouts

- Ran a P&L, a practice, a 0-to-1 build or a side venture

- A secondment or operating stint inside a client

- Founder's office, chief of staff or deal exposure

QUALIFICATION

- CA, CFA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA or MBA / MS, top-tier school

- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and written communication

- Self-starter; commits to Bengaluru, in-office and travel
