Premier Energies - Manager/Consultant - SAP FICO

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and system configurations. You will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing SAP FICO solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions based on business requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes and provide solutions.

- Handle SAP FICO module activities, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting (CCA).

- Conduct business process analysis, gap analysis, and blueprinting to support SAP implementation and enhancements.

- Work on integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.

- Configure automatic payment processes, tax calculations, and financial reporting in SAP.

- Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO-related issues and work on continuous improvements.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Work with ABAP developers to define customizations and enhancements as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules, including configuration and customization.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

- Understanding of business processes in finance and controlling, including IFRS and GAAP.

- Knowledge of SAP integration with MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.

- SAP certification in FICO (preferred).

Nice to Have:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects.

- Exposure to FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).

- Experience with data migration tools like LSMW, BAPI, and IDOCs.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging.
