Prelam Head - Manufacturing Operations

Role Brief :

- Lead and manage end-to-end Prelam MDF manufacturing operations.

- Ensure achievement of daily, monthly, and annual production targets.

- Monitor machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Coordinate with production planning and dispatch teams to meet customer commitments.

- Prelam Head to lead and manage the Pre-Laminated MDF production operations. responsible for overseeing the entire prelamination process, ensuring optimum production efficiency, product quality, cost control, process improvements, and team management while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.
