
This position focuses on managing and scaling a Customer Preference Center Platform, which supports capturing and managing customer permissions, cookie consent, and communication preferences across websites, digital channels, and applications.
The role will involve leading a small India-based team while working closely with global stakeholders across marketing, technology, compliance, and data teams.
Some key aspects of the role include:
- Leading the implementation and management of customer consent and marketing preference platforms across digital channels
- Working with cross-functional teams (technology, compliance, product, and marketing) to implement privacy and consent frameworks
- Overseeing integrations between digital platforms, marketing technology tools, and data systems
- Supporting platform architecture including APIs, microservices, and data flow management
- Driving consent model implementations and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations
- Managing and mentoring a team while coordinating with global stakeholders
We are particularly hunting for professionals with experience in areas such as:
- Consent / privacy / preference management platforms
- Marketing technology or customer data platforms
- API integrations, microservices, and data architecture
- Tools or technologies like SQL, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience working with consent management tools (such as OneTrust or similar platforms)
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
