This individual will start as an individual contributor and will be responsible for building out the technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, strategic vision, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a comprehensive roadmap for productizing FactreeHub's core business flows. - Drive the development, adoption, and iteration of an internally valuable product ecosystem. - Identify external stakeholder value in adopting technology for their business constraints. - Ideate, map user (customer & partner) needs, create a roadmap, prioritize, and bring useful products to market for the engineering ecosystem. - Absorb business context and apply technology solutions effectively. - Actively participate in the development process, ensuring practical and effective solutions. - Advise founders on product strategy and provide paths for monetizing these products in the long run. - Build and lead a technology team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Qualifications: - Proven experience in a senior technology role, preferably within the design and manufacturing sectors. - Strong strategic vision and the ability to create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to identify and address customer and partner needs. - Hands-on approach with a willingness to dive into details and actively participate in development. - Strong leadership skills with experience in building and leading technology teams. - Ability to advise on product strategy and identify long-term monetization opportunities.
