About the role:
As a Manager, you assume a great deal of responsibility to manage the entire analytical process, become an expert on the client's issues and industry, and recommend solutions that make a real impact. Managers run a project end to end, have full ownership of the deliverables, and assume leadership roles on their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end ownership of project delivery leading high-impact teams.
- Driving through leadership in strategy and operational excellence (revenue acceleration, GTM, manufacturing cost reduction, supply chain & sourcing strategies, etc.) & due-diligence projects related to Next Gen Industrials sector.
- Driving high-quality research and analysis by teams.
- Lead and deliver high-quality client presentations in projects.
- Managing scope and delivery of projects along with end-to-end client requirements management.
- Play an active part in recruitment and build project delivery teams in your department.
Competencies and skills:
- Minimum 4 years of management consulting experience or equivalent at a reputed consulting firm.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Next Gen Industrials sector (such as advanced manufacturing, chemicals, packaging, Engineering & construction etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to research, analyze and communicate key commercial value drivers.
- Proven track record in leading a team of at least 3 consulting team members end to end.
- Excellent communication skills and client management skills.
Educational and other requirements:
- Graduate degree with strong academic performance.
- MBA from a top-tier institute preferredsuch as Ivy League B-schools in the US, FABM IIM A, ABM from IIML, or PGP from IIMs (A, B, C, L or I), ISB, XLRI, FMS and SP Jain.
- Demonstrated leadership in both educational and professional settings with high drive and energy.
