Job Title: Regional Manager- Chain of Clinics

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Head-Clinics Vertical

Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic Regional Manager to oversee and drive the business performance of a group of clinics.

- The Regional Manager will manage Center Managers across multiple locations, ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales and profitability targets for each clinic.

- This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset to optimize the clinic's overall P&L performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Revenue Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue and profitability goals for each clinic.

- Monitor sales performance across clinics and ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Identify opportunities to maximize revenue through promotions, cross-selling, and upselling services.

Team Leadership and Management:

- Manage, mentor, and support Center Managers to achieve operational and sales excellence.

- Set performance KPIs for Center Managers and regularly review their progress.

- Provide guidance on customer relationship management to improve patient retention and satisfaction.

P&L Accountability:

- Take full ownership of the clinics' P&L, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising on service quality.

- Analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to make data-driven decisions.

Marketing and Business Development:

- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that drive footfall and patient engagement.

- Identify potential partnerships and alliances to increase patient acquisition.

- Drive local-level initiatives like camps, events, and outreach programs to generate leads.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all clinics by establishing and monitoring SOPs.

- Conduct regular audits of clinic performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.

- Focus on improving operational efficiency and patient experience.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare detailed reports on clinic performance, sales metrics, and operational challenges for senior management.

- Use data and insights to forecast revenue trends and devise action plans.

Key Skills and Competencies:

- Proven experience in multi-unit sales or operational management, preferably in healthcare or retail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive performance and build cohesive teams.

- Analytical mindset with expertise in P&L management and financial analysis.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with Center Managers, staff, and patients.

- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle operational challenges effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in sales or operations management, with a focus on multi-location units.

- Experience in the healthcare or service industry is highly desirable.
