Pratiti - Delivery Head

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Delivery Head to join our leadership team in Pune. This role is critical in ensuring delivery excellence across software projects by overseeing end-to-end project execution, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading delivery teams to success.

You will be responsible for driving project performance, aligning delivery with client expectations, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple software projects across various domains and technologies.

- Ensure project execution excellence by managing scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.

- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, alignment, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product managers, architects, and engineering leads to drive results.

- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and methodologies.

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing delivery teams; provide leadership, coaching, and performance management.

- Proactively identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies.

- Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and governance standards.

- Provide regular delivery updates to senior leadership and clients.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

- 12 to 18 years of total experience in the software development industry, with at least 5+ years in a delivery leadership role.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex software product development and implementation projects.

- Strong people management skills with experience in handling multiple cross-functional teams.

- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other modern delivery methodologies.

- Experience in digital technologies such as Cloud, Edge Computing, Data Analytics, or AR/VR is highly preferred.

- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- PMP, Agile, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
