About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Business Analyst - Q-Commerce & D2C Growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by analyzing data, optimizing performance across digital channels, and identifying strategic opportunities in the Q-Commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) space. This individual will collaborate closely with marketing, product, operations, and leadership teams to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business performance across Q-Commerce and D2C channels, identifying growth trends, market opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Lead and oversee Meta and Google advertising campaigns, ensuring performance efficiency and ROI maximization.
- Monitor and report key growth metrics, translating data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and category teams to align growth strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct data-driven business evaluations to support decision-making on pricing, promotions, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and present performance dashboards and strategic reports to senior management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance overall business performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging technologies in Q-Commerce and D2C ecosystems.
- Support leadership in strategic planning and cross-functional projects to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, growth strategy, or performance marketing, preferably within Q-Commerce, E-commerce, or D2C environments.
- Proven experience managing and analyzing Meta (Facebook) and Google ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
