You'll own the full growth and performance funnel for Prasuma & Meatigo across Q-Commerce and D2C platforms, leading ads, analytics, insights, and performance optimization.

- This role is designed for a data-savvy, business-smart professional who thrives at the intersection of numbers, strategy, and creativity.

- You'll drive measurable growth across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart Minutes, while taking ownership of Meta and Google ad channels - blending data analysis, campaign strategy, and business thinking to accelerate brand performance.

- You'll partner with business, marketing, supply chain, and analytics teams to uncover growth levers, identify opportunities, and drive actionable insights - ensuring consistent, scalable, and profitable growth.

Data Analysis & Growth Insights:

- Lead App Growth Campaigns across Meta and Google (UAC, Search, Display, YouTube).

- Drive campaign strategy and visibility optimization across Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and Flipkart Minutes.

- Evaluate business processes, data systems, and functional workflows to identify bottlenecks and automation potential.

- 4-7 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Analytics, or E-Commerce Marketing, ideally within FMCG or D2C.

- Proven experience managing Meta & Google Ads for Apps (App Installs, Re-engagement, Conversions).

- Exposure to Q-Commerce ad platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Flipkart Minutes.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; ability to handle and analyze large datasets.

- Working knowledge of PostHog, Firebase, GA4, Appsflyer, or similar attribution tools.

- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and storytelling with data.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, category, supply, and product teams.

- A bias for action, curiosity, and ownership - and being a foodie who understands consumer behavior is a big plus!

- Gurgaon-based candidates preferred.
