Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business units on people-related matters, including organizational development and workforce planning.
- Drive end-to-end HR processes including talent acquisition support, onboarding, performance
management, learning & development, and employee lifecycle management.
- Foster a high-performance culture by managing employee relations, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards/reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and address training needs through skill gap analysis and capability development initiatives.
- Support implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines.
- Lead initiatives related to employee well-being, grievance redressal, and team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management and business transformation.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data reporting.
- Proven ability to implement and manage HR systems and processes.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
