Location: IMT Manesar, Sec-6, Gurgaon

Prasuma is looking for an experienced Demand Planner (58years in FMCG) to join our Supply Chain Planning team.

What Youll Do:

- Forecast demand using data analysis & market insights

- Drive inventory planning & maintain optimal stock levels

- Lead S&OP alignment with sales, marketing & operations

- Refine forecasts with collaborative inputs from teams

- Analyze demand variability, seasonality & trends

- Plan demand for new product launches

- Use planning tools/software to track accuracy & KPIs

- Continuously improve demand planning processes

What Were Looking For:

- 5-8 years of experience in FMCG demand planning

- Proficiency in planning tools, forecasting techniques & cross-functional collaboration
