Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Real Estate Sales Professionals with experience selling high-rise apartments, luxury villas, premium gated communities, and large residential townships in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong client-handling skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales of premium residential projects (high-rise towers, villas, plots).
- Manage site visits, property presentations, and client negotiations.
- Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, digital campaigns, and referrals.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, investors, and homebuyers.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Hyderabad real estate market, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
- Prepare proposals, pricing sheets, offer communications, and sales MIS.
- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and project teams for seamless customer experience.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly booking targets.
Requirements:
- 3-12 years of real estate sales experience in Hyderabad.
- Mandatory experience selling high-rise towers, villas, luxury homes, or premium residential projects.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle premium clients and high-ticket transactions.
- Good understanding of RERA, documentation, and property sales processes.
- Graduation / MBA preferred.
