Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Equity head in curating equity investment strategies aligned with long-term portfolio objectives and regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct macroeconomic, sectoral, and stock-specific research to support sound investment decisions.
- Prepare high-quality research notes, stock recommendations.
- Monitor global and domestic market trends, valuations, and developments to identify investment opportunities and manage risks.
- Track and manage portfolio risk metrics to ensure alignment with the organisation's risk appetite
- Assist in evaluating new investment ideas and reviewing underperforming stocks.
- Ensure all research and recommendations comply with IRDAI regulations, internal investment policies, and exposure limits.
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence and sector dashboards.
- Existing experience of working in Institutional Equity research organisation preferred
Qualifications: MBA graduate/CFA/CA
Experience: 10+ years in the related field
