Pragati Finserv - Zonal Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Operations Manager to oversee operational performance across multiple states and regions. The ideal candidate will drive branch productivity, ensure regulatory compliance, strengthen operational processes, and lead regional and branch leadership teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement the organization's operational strategy across assigned states, regions, and branches.

- Ensure achievement of zonal, regional, and branch-level business targets.

- Monitor the end-to-end application workflow, conduct periodic reviews, and recommend corrective actions.

- Recruit, train, mentor, and manage regional, area, and branch managers to drive high performance.

- Ensure strict adherence to MFIN / RBI guidelines, client protection protocols, and grievance redressal standards.

- Strengthen operational controls and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless branch operations and service delivery.

- Conduct regular field visits to assess branch performance, operational compliance, and customer service standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the MFI or NBFC sector.

- Strong understanding of branch operations, credit processes, compliance norms, and customer management.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

- Excellent communication, people management, and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and drive results across distributed teams.

- Willingness to travel frequently across assigned regions.
