We're Hiring: Regional Manager (MFI/NBFC).

Hiring for Multiple Locations.

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager to lead and scale our operations across multiple regions.

This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong leadership skills and a background in microfinance or NBFC operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead regional operations to meet business targets while ensuring service levels and financial metrics are consistently achieved.

- Own and drive Disbursement, Collections, and HR metrics to support field performance.

- Hire, train, mentor, and manage regional and area-level teams to build strong operational capability.

- Ensure smooth coordination with internal departments including HR, Credit, Risk, and Collections.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales growth plans and risk mitigation strategies.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory norms, and internal controls across regions.

Qualifications.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in operations management.

- Prior experience in MFI or NBFC sector preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently
