Role Overview:

The Senior Human Resources Specialist will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, and driving employee engagement initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance handling, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Working closely with leadership teams, the specialist will support organizational growth through effective people management and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

- Oversee full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Administer employee benefits and maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory HR requirements.

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management professionally.

- Drive performance management processes including appraisal cycles and goal-setting.

- Coordinate training, upskilling programs, and employee development initiatives.

- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.

- Lead employee engagement activities to strengthen workplace culture and retention.

- Ensure periodic HR audits, compliance checks, and policy updates as needed.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and workforce planning.

- Support organizational culture-building initiatives to enhance productivity and satisfaction.

Required Skillsets:

- Strong understanding of HR management, employee lifecycle processes, and labor compliance.

- Proficiency in HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and documentation abilities.

- Familiarity with HRMS tools, performance systems, and reporting.

- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment with cross-functional teams.

- Exposure to eCommerce or technology-driven organizations is an added advantage.

- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, etc., are a plus.
