JD for the role of Service Consultant  Key Responsibilities :  - Managing and training a team of Service Delivery Executives and their day-to-day activities  - Responsible for managing the process of gathering the requisite data from the partner premises prior to the launch with a focus on completeness and accuracy and quality standards and giving the sign off for deployment of product  - Responsible for managing the process of launch/deployment of our Practo's product at our partner/client premises within the specified SLAs  - Giving a presentations to the Key stake holders and decision makers of the Client, including CXOs, Senior Doctors, Head or IT/Mktg/Operations about the benefits of the product before and during the launch  - Ability to step in and talk with the key stakeholders and convince them if the deployment/launch is stuck due to unforeseen reasons  - Sign off on the Handover of the account after product implementation to a Relationship Manager  - Overall responsibility for Client Satisfaction Scores for effective service delivery for a set of clients  - Responsible for the rapid response for IT/Network Configuration/Hardware/Product related escalations from the partners and deployment of service delivery executives for issue resolution with defined SLAs  - Responsible for training and mentoring all the Service Delivery Executives about the latest product related changes and implementation of the same at client location  - Planning for any leaves/vacations by the service delivery executives, their day-to-day logistics etc.  Desired Skill Set :  - Extreme Customer Oriented Approach  - Ability to communicate well and good presentation skills  - Strong persuasion skills  - Good problem solving skills  - Strong Technology/IT/Network configuration/Android OS orientation is a must  - Willingness to travel is a must. Having own means of travel is necessary  - Ability to deliver under tight SLAs  - Ability to Manage a team of field executives  - Attention to Detail and ability to get the team to follow standard operating procedures and processes  Experience & Education :  - 4 - 5 of relevant Work Experience. 2-3 Years of Operations/Service Delivery/IT Support Experience.  - Having managed a team of 10-15 field executives is a must  - Engineering graduates are preferred. MBA from a recognized institute would be a value add.  Reporting & Interaction Matrix :  - Reporting into a Sr. Service Delivery Manager or Head of Service Delivery  - Interactions with Client Staff, Doctors, Client IT/Mktg/Operations Personnel, Support Operations Managers, Relationship Managers & Quality Managers
